Shipping & Handling

We strive to ship out all Normal mails and Ta Q Bin mails within 1 working day, registered mails and international mails within 2 working days upon receipt of payment.

Local Delivery

Normal Mail (SingPost)

Mails sent via this option usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive at your mailbox. During the festive season, a slight delay may occur. 

Registered Mail (SingPost)

Mails sent via this option usually takes 4 working days to arrive at your doorstep. During the festive season, a slight delay may occur. Tracking no. will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.

If no one is around at the point of delivery, delivery advice would be left at your doorstep. You can proceed to collect the item at the designated doorstep or have it redirected to another post office and collect it at your convenience. For collection, please bring along your NRIC and delivery advice.

Courier Service (Ta Q Bin)

Mails sent via this option usually will arrive within 1-2 days at your doorstep. Delivery is done daily (inclusive of weekend and public holiday). Tracking no. will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. If no one is around at the point of delivery, you can arrange for redelivery with the tracking no. provided.

International Delivery

Registered Airmail (Singapore Post)

Mails sent via this option usually takes 5-10 working days to arrive at your doorstep. Tracking no. will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.

Payment

We accept Paypal and Bank Transfer. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Paypal

Payment can be processed even if you do not have a Paypal account. Simply select “Pay with my credit or debit card” on the Paypal page to do so.

Bank Transfer

Please email us the relevant details within 12 hours of your purchase.

Products

We pledge to ensure the information displayed on our website is as accurate as possible. Due to different colour calibration of your monitor, slight colour deviation of the product photo from the actual product may occur.

Unless otherwise stated, belt and accessories will not be included.

We will take extra effort to provide you with the most accurate measurement but a difference of 0.5” to 0.7” may occur.

Exchange & Refund Policy

We do a 100% check on all items before delivery. We apologize in cases where we fail to spot the defect.

In the event where you receive a defective or wrong item, please inform us immediately via the Contact Form stating your order number, the name of the defective item, area that is defective and wait for our confirmation email before shipping the item back to us. Ensure that defective item is unworn, unwashed and send back to us in the original condition. If the defective item is out of stock, store credit will be given to you.
